Article 7: Delivery
Two service providers are at your disposal to make your shipments: Colissimo and Mondial relay.
The preparation and the delivery of the products will intervene only after reception of your payment. The packages will be sent to the address indicated during the ordering process.
If you have chosen "Pick up in store", we ask you to come with a copy of your invoice which will be sent to you by email following your order, as well as an ID.
You will have to respect a delay of 2 hours before withdrawing your parcel in store, allanjoseph - 21 rue sainte 13001 Marseille. However, for any order placed on a Saturday evening or Sunday, your package will be available the following Monday from 12:00 am.
The delivery costs will be calculated during the ordering process, the amount depends on the delivery zone and the chosen service. Customs and other fees are at your charge.

All our parcels are compensated according to the Colissimo package at 23€/kg. This insurance is accessible only after having declared the dispute to the carrier and obtained a favorable decision from him.
Delivery details :
For a delivery service Mondial Relay in France, the shipping costs are 5.50 euros.
For a classic delivery service in France by Colissimo with signature, the shipping cost is 10 euros.
International : the amount varies according to the country.
Article 8 : Return/Exchange :
allanjoseph.com commits to refund the amount of the item(s) excluding shipping costs of your order. You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to return them to us. In this case, you must first complete the form provided for this purpose and attach it to your return package containing the item(s) that do not suit you.
Parts must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including a copy of the invoice. You will be responsible for return shipping and customs fees.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags. If it is a shoe, please take care of the box, which is part of the product.
We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
